Ltd. in Singapore, the Group provides corporate secretarial and accounting services in Hong Kong, as well as intellectual property (“IP”) registration services in Singapore.

Our operating subsidiaries focus on client-centric services, leveraging technology and expertise to meet the growing demand for corporate services in Asia, particularly in Hong Kong and Singapore, while exploring opportunities in the U.S. market.

Revenue comes primarily from ACSL and ACL in Hong Kong, offering corporate secretarial and accounting services, and ASG in Singapore, specializing in intellectual property registration. Services are provided based on client-specific invoices detailing scope, duration, and fees.
