Our clients include individuals, SMEs, multinational corporations, and consulting firms seeking accounting assistance. Revenue from our top five clients accounted for 13.9% in 2024 and 12.6% in 2023, with no single client contributing over 10%.
We provide fee quotations based on service complexity, workload, government fees, and market rates. Once accepted, fees are billed accordingly on a monthly, yearly, or one-off basis, depending on the service.

We have obtained all material licenses, certificates, and approvals required for carrying on our business activities in Hong Kong and Singapore for the years ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, and up to the date of this prospectus.

Hong Kong and Singapore, as major financial and business hubs in Asia, have experienced steady growth in their corporate services markets over the past decade. With over 6,000 service providers in Hong Kong and similarly intense competition in Singapore, the market is driven by strategic locations, supportive government policies, regional economic growth, and increasing regulatory scrutiny. These factors are expected to sustain the growth of corporate services in both regions.
